We have officially introduced Michael to the DCAU, and it seems to have taken root. He watched "Justice League" with us one night (he had a long, late nap, then woke up late when we happened to be watching it), and proceeded to sit motionless for the entire episode (pretty good for a 2.5-year-old). Then he grabbed the DVD case and asked for more. And more. And more!
His favorite hero so far is the Flash, maybe because he himself is fairly fast on his feet. One of the things he does most often with our set of JL plushies is to make Superman and Wonder Woman kiss. :-) We had to chuckle when we saw that.
I'm not sure what the long-term effects of early JL exposure are on toddlers. Anyone? |
